Very good 12/26/2007 at 01:32pm User: Luella from Colorado Springs, CO User Rating: I served this along with Robert Irvine's Parmesan Peas for Christmas Dinner and both were excellent compliments to my Prime Rib. I also used Pomegranate juice as suggested and the dressing came out delicious. I added a sprinkling of pomegranate seeds, but accidentally left out the blue cheese! It was still a hit with my guests. Happy Holidays 12/25/2007 at 04:55pm User: Anonymous User Rating: We just had this for Christmas dinner. Definitely a keeper. Rave reviews from the guests. An upgrade from the traditional recipes. Easy to make! We too used pomegranate juice and it worked just fine. full of flavor 12/15/2007 at 07:26pm User: aimee from gramercy, LA User Rating: I had an apple salad at the MESA grill in Las Vegas and it was wonderful!!! I hope to try this recipe and get the same results. Family loved it 12/11/2007 at 12:41am User: Laura from Gilroy, CA User Rating: Really nice crunchy salad with lots of different flavors. We don't like walnuts so used Pecans instead. Family asked me to make again. This one is a keeper and would be great to take for potluck meals. Nice n Easy 12/08/2007 at 10:20pm User: Anonymous User Rating: This was good and fast- I used Fuji apples and the colors were beautiful. I also used Pomegranate juice instead of molasses and it tasted great. Very fresh. LOVE this salad! 05/19/2008 at 01:30pm User: Allyson from Silver Spring, MD User Rating: I made this for the first time for a potluck and it was a huge hit. Now I make it all the time for myself, but I leave out the endive. |
