I served this along with Robert Irvine's Parmesan Peas for Christmas Dinner and both were excellent compliments to my Prime Rib. I also used Pomegranate juice as suggested and the dressing came out delicious. I added a sprinkling of pomegranate seeds, but accidentally left out the blue cheese! It was still a hit with my guests.

We just had this for Christmas dinner. Definitely a keeper. Rave reviews from the guests. An upgrade from the traditional recipes. Easy to make! We too used pomegranate juice and it worked just fine.

I had an apple salad at the MESA grill in Las Vegas and it was wonderful!!! I hope to try this recipe and get the same results.

Really nice crunchy salad with lots of different flavors. We don't like walnuts so used Pecans instead. Family asked me to make again. This one is a keeper and would be great to take for potluck meals.

This was good and fast- I used Fuji apples and the colors were beautiful. I also used Pomegranate juice instead of molasses and it tasted great. Very fresh.

LOVE this salad!

I made this for the first time for a potluck and it was a huge hit. Now I make it all the time for myself, but I leave out the endive.
