I started making this soup years ago after the episode aired. A friend that does not cook brought in the recipe and asked me to make it. I made this soup and brought it into work. Everyone LOVED the soup. I make it at least 3x a year and every person newly introduced to this soup raves about it. Great easy soup, seems healthy, and packed w/ flavor.
