I made this chowder, and it was excellent, I'm not sure if that would describe it. It was very easy to make and the taste was incredable.

This recipe was delicious! I put 4 cups of seafood broth, one small bottle of clam juice and an extra cup od water +/-. I also added a handful of uncooked arborio rice while simmering the broth, before putting in all the seafood. Once the rice was almost tender, I added the seafood, then cooked low for about 15-20 min. The arborio gave it a thick consistency. This recipe will go in my recipe box!!! Emeril you da man!!! Delish!

I combined the fish base from wolfgang pucks fish soup with the saffron onion, thyme, basil base. Then I followed the recipe for the seafood chowder without the cayenne pepper (I didn't want to over power the saffron).
