I loved the recipe... used a tenderloin and made the sauce ....was excellent but was never told when to add the flour... a novice cook might be confused....

Ok, I didn't use a blow torch for the steaks. If I wanted charcoaled steaks I would just have my husband grill them! Ha ha!! However, the mushroom sauce was great. We love mushrooms as a side for a good steak and this fit the bill. I used a bit more flour so the sauce was a little thicker. Thanks, Paula, another winner!
