Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons fennel seeds
  • 2 good handfuls fresh thyme leaves
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 bay leaf, ripped
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Pound together and rub all over your chosen meat.
