- 1/2 cup chopped sweet onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves
- 1 1/2 teaspoons minced fresh jalapeno chile, including seeds
- 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt
