Show:  Date Plate
Episode:  Pearl - Miami, FL
1 package brownie mix
1 cup small marshmallows
1 cup sugar
4 tablespoons water
5 tablespoons cream

Follow directions on the package of brownie mix, then add the marshmallows. Bake according to the package and cut into your favorite shapes. To make the caramel sauce, in a sauce pot melt the sugar, water and cream until the famed caramel color is achieved. Lower heat and slowly reduce. Remove from the stove, and if it is too thick add more cream 1 teaspoon at a time until a desired consistency is achieved.
