Crust:

1/2 cup water

2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, plus 1 tablespoon, to brush on crust before baking

6 drops red food coloring

24 drops yellow food coloring

2 1/2 cups baking mix

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

Toppings:

1/2 cup marinara sauce

1/4 cup roasted red pepper, chopped

1 1/4 cups pre-shredded four cheeses

2 orange tomatoes

1 orange bell pepper, sliced into rings

1/3 cup sliced black olives

Caviar Cream:

1/3 cup sour cream

2 ounces caviar, black whitefish

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

To make the crust: In a small bowl, combine water, olive oil, and food colorings. In a large mixing bowl, combine baking mix and flour. Stir liquid mixture into the flour mixture to form a dough. Divide dough in half and form each into a disk. Press onto pizza pans to desired thickness. Brush tops with remaining olive oil and bake for 8 minutes in preheated oven.

Remove pizza crusts from oven and top with marinara, roasted bell peppers, cheese, and remaining ingredients. Return to oven and continue baking and additional 12 to 16 minutes, or until crusts are golden and cheese is bubbling.

While pizzas are baking, stir together sour cream and caviar. When pizzas are finished baking, drizzle with caviar cream. Slice and serve.
