3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons Essence
2 pounds lamb chops
Fresh rosemary branches
Aged balsamic vinegar
Preheat a grill to medium. In a large baking dish, drizzle olive oil and sprinkle Essence over the lamb chops. Place on the grill, 3 minutes per side for medium-rare. Turn chops over and lay 1 rosemary branch on top of each chop. When at desired temperature, remove from grill and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
