    I agree that this recipe may not be the ideal low cal healthy recipe, but it is easier and healthier than traditional lasagna, and it certainly is DELICIOUS!!!

    I agree with what EVERYONE said! This is a great recipe but it is not that healthful as presented SOOOO make the changes to make it healthful. As Rachael said in her show, use ground turkey. I used slightly less pancetta and I used low-fat ricotta. I don't like smoked mozz so I used a fresh mozz but I used A LOT less than RR did. It was wonderful!! Try it --- you'll like it.

    It was amazing! the flavor was so powerful and you could really taste all thee rich flavors in this hearty meal. I really loved this recipe.

    Sorry, 1.5 lb of meat, pancetta and a lot of olive oil is not healthful.

    I don't understand how this is considered a LIGHT lasagna??? Sure, pancetta, ricotta, smoked mozz in a meal might TASTE good, but it is certainly NOT healthy!
