I make this by the recipe, and frequently. It is one of the best recipes I've EVER made, and I can't rave about it enough! Thank you Jamie, and Food Network! It's practically a staple in our home, although it's just my husband and me here. I make this in 15 to 20 pounds of pork batches, and our freezer is NEVER without a container of it! It's wonderful over rice, noodles, or potatoes, and it makes great sandwiches on a loaf of Italian or French bread with just butter! Not to mention that it's delicious by itself for a snack. I take it to church and family/friend gatherings, and everyone loves it! No one eats only one serving. I sometimes add a little extra water to the pot and use the liquid as a great base for soups. Because I make such large batches of it, I cook it in the oven for about 5 hours, and it's always falling apart tender and delicious!!!

I find Jamie's recipe's extremely tasty, and this one not only smells up the house with delicious aromas but I find most of my household standing in front of the oven impatiently waiting for it to be finished. I have most of his cook books and have cooked several of his recipes. Now since he is on the BBC channel with 2012 recipes I am waiting to find out if he is putting out anymore cook books, this show seems to be more on the healthier side of his recipes. Great show and I love it.

This is one of the most delicious dish I've EVER made. I don't normally use Pork in my cooking but just watching the show, I could tell it would taste amazing. I like my dish bit more spicy, so instead of the fresh red chili, I added 3-5 Chipotle Peppers instead. It was perfect. Also, I seared the meat and sauted the vegetable but put everything in the crock pot with just 1/2 cup of water and it turned out well. I'll definitely make this again! Thank you Jamie!

This dish is phenomenal! I made it exactly as the recipe called for except for using rice, I served it over a baked potato. There is so much flavor and the meat is so tender. I can't rave enough about it. This dish would be perfect for any dinner or lunch. It's just perfect.

This might be the single best dish I've ever made, although I'm not a pro to be certain. I couldnt find a 10 oz can of grilled peppers so I used 10 oz of canned jalopenos diced, because I know we like things spicy. After I read the other reviews, I also did cut down on the broth added by about 1/2 cup. No other changes tho. The pepper flavor was absolutely fantastic in this pork dish. The sour cream w/ lemon zest etc. was a great compliment to cool down the taste buds too. Bravo Jamie.

The ground caraway and fresh marjoram made a wonderful flavor. I used leftover pork tenderloin and grilled vegs and started in with the toms and spices. Fabulous! The only change I will make next time is to substitute the lemon zest with orange zest since I think orange compliments tomatoes a little better. The next time I grill pork I will surely make extra to have this again.

I usually have no problems cooking meat that comes out tender, but being that I'm not a fun of pork I decided to try Jamie's recipe, because, well...he's genious. I was floored with the amazing, delicious flavor of this dish. Jamie is hands down the best the Food Network has on these days. His recipes and super fun personality (and love for natural food!!! appeals to beginners just as much as experienced cooks. Bravo.

I have reviewed Jamie's recipe before and I can't say enough about this young man's talent. He is a perfect teacher, makes anyone feel they can cook anything. I'm a great gramma and seldom look at many recipes but I would look at Food network all day if Jamie had more shows. I have all of his books and his talent can't be beat. Every recipe is simple and sooo flavorful, and not always expensive. This pork recipe is a perfect example.
