    How can you take an ingredient like matzoh--so steeped in Jewish tradition and symbolism--and match it with a pork cutlet, the antithesis of anything kosher?

    Intentional or not--I'll give Food Network the benefit of the doubt and say it was inadvertent--this recipe should be removed immediately.
