These potatoes did not cook in the time specified, which delayed my dinner by almost half an hour. Nothing special, but not bad.

These weren't bad. They didn't have enough cheese for me though. The cheese mixture just made a creamy sauce, and I would have preferred a stronger cheese flavor.

I find these to be excellent, especially when you're looking for a simple side dish, in which you already have the ingredients for. I use an Irish White cheddar, but just about any melting cheese will do.

I USED COLBY & MONTEREY JACK INSTEAD...SO THEY COULD HAVE TASTED CHEESIER (MY OWN FAULT! BUT THEY WERE REALLY EASY TO MAKE & STILL CAME OUT GREAT! I AGREE THAT THE COOKING TIME NEEDS TO BE ABOUT 20-30 MINUTES LONGER! YOU MUST TRY THESE!

This recipe was good, but I agree with others - it was a little dry and definitely needed to be cooked alot longer. I would make a recipe and a half of the sauce or even double it for b/c alot of othe sauce evaporates.
