    This was a very time consuming dish, with the many steps necessary, but it was well worth the effort. The dish seems to improve with time as the flavors have time to marry. Will definitely make this dish again!

    I made this recipe for Christmas eve dinner last year and am looking to make it again. It's well worth the many steps and the long shopping list. I made quite a bit of it but it was better the following day. Thank You

    OMG! I live in Belgium and I just made this for a romantic New Year's Eve dinner ;o I have never eaten Bouillabaisse but, my Husband has and he told me that this was the VERY best that he has eaten in his life! Thank you VERY MUCH Tyler! Oh BTW... I added Lobster meat to mine!
