Reading the recipe, I thought this would be difficult to make, but not at all! I made it for a weekday dinner for the hubby and he loved it! It was easy to make and very flavorful. I added a few extra spices to the tomato sauce, because I thought it was a little bland at first. Paired with spaghetti and some garlic bread. Awesome!

My family LOVES this recipe! I make it a couple of times a month! One thing I leave out is the eggs. The bread crums stick just fine to the chicken when it is wet, so you don't need the eggs. This is especially tasty with some roasted rosemary red potatoes. YUM!!!

I make my own sauce I don't use jarred. I added mushrooms but it really did nothing. I also did not like the delli mozzarella cheese.

Delicious and an easy one to cook for any qty. of people, even when cooking for one. Some are too much trouble and I hate it when I make food that I have to eat forever, so I don't cook often. This is a keeper! As it turned out, I tried it out on my visiting teen niece and a mother who doesn't claim to like Italian food. Both loved it.

I have never made chicken parmigiana before and I even warned my very picky boyfriend before I served the dinner that it may not be that great - it looked absolutely delicious, but could it taste as good as it looked? I did use my own homemade tomato sauce with baby potabella mushrooms and it was fantastic! I was so excited it turned out great and my hard to please guy was giving it rave reviews (ummmming throughout the meal saying it was the best he's ever had. I served it with a basic salad and garlic bread - the perfect meal! The next day I used the leftovers and made a chicken parmigiana sandwich with oven baked steak fries and corn on the cobb and it was still fantastic but very different than the night before.

I made this for my family and for a friend's family who was in the hospital.

Everyone raved about this recipe and my friend's have called wanting to know the recipe. My husband said it was the best he has ever had, better than a restaurant!

I am making it again tonight for a party I am going to, but I am splitting the chicken in half long ways to make more pieces. They will be thinner but just as tasy!

    Thanks Food Network!
