It was so easy even a man with a broken ankle on crutches could do it. I did do some substitutions though. Didn?t have unflavored yogurt so used French Vanilla instead. Got very crunchy outside and tender insides. Will Make again. Excellent!

I followed the recipe exactly and for some reason my chicken didn't hold the breading. When I went to turn it over in the oven, it was only breaded in certain spots. I don't know what I did wrong but I couldn't get the whole thing to be crispy.

It was very good and save on a big mess by cooking in the oven. Be sure to put oil in pan so it doesn't stick. My 10 year old son loved it!

I love all of Paula's recipes. In fact, I usually cook her southern friend chicken for sunday dinner. Today I tried the oven-fried chicken since we're trying to be fat friendly and it came out terribly. I used drumsticks with the skin on and marinated the chicken over night...I even sprayed the pan just like the recipe said. But when I checked on the chicken half way through the side of the chicken that was up was very floury and never turned brown. When I turned it the coating just slipped off leaving my drumsticks completely naked. I don't know what I did wrong but did not come out the way it did on the show.

My husband & I love Paula's recipes, but we tried this recipe using boneless skinless chicken breasts and it came out terrible! The coating on the chicken stayed very "floury" and wasn't crispy. Maybe the recipe requires the skin on whole chicken breasts for the fat and the increased cooking time bone-in requires? Advice: Don't use boneless skinless chicken as a substitute!
