This was a very quick dressing that tasted excellent. I make this for my salad all the time now. So great!

I used mixed greens instead of romain lettuce. Then added feta cheese, tomatoes, kalamata olives, and red onions to the salad. It was quick to make and tasty with baked chicken breast.

The dressing is amazing. I know its only lemon juice and olive oil but I added a little dejon mustard, garlic powder and onion powder and my husband all but drank it!!!
