    Flank steak is such an easy entree to prepare for guests - and this recipe really delivered. Great flavors - and after reducing the marinade into a sauce (which was a little salty from the soy sauce but still held up nice to the steak, our guests were wowed! So easy, yet very tasty. This recipe is a keeper!
