I have failed with fondue a million times. I don't even know why I tried it again but I'm sure glad I did. It came together beautifully. No glops. My friends and my husband have raved for 2 days. We even reheated the leftovers slowly the next day and it came right back to the perfect consistency. I think it helped to buy the imported swiss vs. the regular block of swiss I may have used before. Thanks Tyler for providing a solution to my fondue fiascos.

I made this for my New Year's Eve celebration & it was a big hit. I received several compliments about it. I am a fondue junkie & I have to say that this was so easy to prepare & it tasted better than any of the cheese fondues I've had in a restaurant.

Everyone loved this! If you cannot find Gruyere, just use all Swiss. I added a little more cornstarch while adding the cheese. Definitely add the cheese gradually. Be patient, sometimes it takes a while to come together. Ham cubes are good dipper too.

Made this recipe for Christmas Eve dinner - it was so simple to prepare in a hetic kitchen and got rave reviews from everyone. Consisitency was perfect - smooth but did not run or drip as you were dipping. We scraped the pot clean and everyone asked for the recipe - will definately make this over and over for various get togethers.

Friends of ours got a new fondue pot and asked us over to try it out. We looked up Fondue on Food TV's website...We made cheese, oil and chocolate fondues. We had the best time. We ate for hours...just loved everything...We've already set a date to do it again.
