This recipe has been a staple of The Food Network for many years, and for good reason -- it is absoutely wonderful! You will never go wrong with the salmon especially. Trust me, if you haven't tried it yet, do so -- you will not be disappointed!

I made both dishes and used canned artichoke quarters instead, easy & delicious. I over cooked the salmon a bit, but it still was very tasty. I will make this recipe again.

This recipe was great. Nice flavor and easy to prepare. You can also add more heat if you like by using different chile's. I make this dish often and everyone loves it just as much.

OK I am a fish lover, and salmon is one of my favorites, I made this dish and it will become a staple on my menu. It is full of flavor. My kids loved it and it was EASY! Throw the ingredients in the food processor, coat the fish and bake. I made it with garlic mashed potatoes and it was GONE. I have also shared the recipe with people and they have all given me that same response, TASTY and EASY! I give it 5 stars!
