I made this on a busy weekday, so some simplifying was in order. Hope that's not cheating. :
I substituted the tomatoes, parsley and oregano for some canned marinara sauce from Trader Joe's. I sauteed the garlic, onion and a thinly sliced red bell pepper with the olive oil (2 tbsp only then added the sauce. I don't love corn so I left that out. I also added yellow roma tomatoes at the end to add a little freshness. If I have more time I'll try to keep to the original recipe more, but it was great.

It is apparently written for a yield of 15 servings but that info is on the show details page. The ingredients are to be divided but not how to divide them. SALAD: 3 ears Corn, 6 whole tomatoes, 1/2 cup onion, 3/4 cup basil, Olive oil, salt & pepper. As far as I can tell, anyway...

This was a great recipe that didn't take long to make. The flavors of the peas, tomatoes, and seasoning with the sausage were great.
