I amade this with ham instead of chorizo. The flavor was delicious and made a great fall dinner. Add a potato and its like a stew. I was suspicious of adding aabsolutley no seasoning, but don't be tempted. Its perfect the way it is. I didn't make the tomatoes but will next time. I made garlic crostini and a side salad with a garlicky vinegarette. We loved it!
