    Tyler Florence's recipe for fajitas is the best. His accompanying guacamole is also a winner. Each was easy to prepare and even easier to gobble up.

    Made this with shrimp instead of steak and let it marinade for several hours...wasn't as tasty as I hoped.

    WOW!!! I've tried several recipes from FN; however I felt this was well worth the review. My husband & I were absolutely in aww and couldn't believe how tender, seasoned, and delicious they were. I marinated the flank steak overnight (5pm until 6pm the following day. This will definely be a regular on our dinner menu. This recipe is pretty close to what we have back home in TEXAS, and can't wait to go back and have the rest of the family try it out. THANKS TYLER!!

    I have tried this with several different meats, and the results are consistantly wonderful...as good as, if not better than any of the fajitas I have had in any restaurant...make up some pico de gallo, and some guac, light up the grill and go to town on this recipe, you won't regret it.

    I used this recipe to make fajitas for about 50 people. They were fantastic! The marinade also worked especially well on chicken, but don't marinade beyond about six hours for chicken.

    We've entertained with these fajitas twice this summer already. Everyone, including kids, enjoys them and comes back for seconds. Must marinate for at least the 8 hours and cut against the grain!
