Will the taste change if I use McCormick's Jamaican Jerk Seasoning? I don't own many of the spices needed to make my own Jerk seasoning and it seems more pragmatic to just the McCormick Jerk seasoning. Thanks to whoever answers this question.

Our first theme dinner "Dinner on a Stick" was a great success thanks to Paula's Pig on a Stick. The pork was so tender & flavorful! This dish is a keeper!

Unbelievably tender, juicey and FLAVORFUL. The only thing I'd do different is cook it on the grill, but it was raining. Even my picky eater boyfriend liked it!! He said,"It's a keeper!!"

My husband is not a fan of pork tenderloin but LOVES this recipe. It's been a huge hit at all the parties I've taken it to! Paula you out done yourself!

These are unbelievably delicious. I've served them to several groups with different tastes and they've always been a huge crowd pleaser. I do cook the sauce for longer than indicated... just keep is simmering on the stove-top while I prep other things and it seems to really help deepen the flavor. So good!

I am not a huge fan of pork, but I LOVE this recipe. I could make it multiple times a week. My entire family enjoys it...even the picky 5 year old. The sauce is best served warm so it's easy to dip in. This recipe will definitely be staying in the rotation.

Hello. Can anyone tell me if you serve the dipping sauce hot, cold or at room temperature. I am wanting to prep it in advance.
    Thanks!
