Smells great, looks good but is pretty bland. I suggest using thin cut chops and adding more shallots and spices.

Thought this was a pretty good recipe - although I was disappointed that the printed version did not match the directions given on the show. I used fresh herbs rather than dried and substituted chicken broth for the wine. Sauce needed a little salt and I let chops cook in the sauce longer until they were tender. I'd make this recipe again.

This recipe was fantastic! Cooking the gralic with the potatoes worked wonderfully. They were so delicious when mashed with the parsley. This sauce was yummy a well. It was a bit too "herby" for us, so I added some chicken stock, more milk and flour.

I made this dish for dinner tonight. My family's reviews were not encouraging. My daughter that usually likes bland food thought it was way to bland. My husband, who likes spicy and flavorful food made suggestions all through the meal as to how I could improve it. We are going to try the pork fried rice from this show later this week. My family will let you know what they think.
