    Thought I would go out on a limb here and do something different in place of the traditional birthday cake. Thinking all the ingredients listed may be a bit too rich, the flavors complimented each other very nicely, and tasted light and creamy. It was a definate HIT with the crowd. Thanks Paula.....you ROCK!!
