I loved this brisket. I also agree with the person who loved the aroma in the house when it was cooking. I would, however, make a little more sauce the next time, 1 1/2 times the recipe. Other than that it was excellent.

This recipe was easy and tasted great! I made it with potato dumplings and red cabbage! Tasted like sauerbraten :-

What a wonderful easy healthy dish, this ones a keeper. Bet it's great with chicken as well. My 3yr old grandson loved this especially the sauce.

The flavor of this brisket was great! However, the next time I cook I will start looking at it around 1 1/2 - 2 hours of cooking. The meat was a little too done for my liking, but overall it was a great tasting recipe!

The recipe was easy and delicious! I didn't have raisins and so I substituted dried cranberries. It's a great recipe for entertaining because you do all of the work at the beginning, and serving it up is quick!

This is an amazing brisket dish-best I've ever had! The smell in your house will blow you away too! The combo of sweet and sour are terrific! The meat falls just falls apart. Wow!
