This has the potential to be a really delicious dish. But, why so much flour? The sauce comes out so thick you can stand the spoon in it. In fact I wouldn't call it a sauce, it was more like a batter!

Excellent recipe! A little spicy... My whole family loved it. We will definitely be making this one again!

This is an unbelievable recipe. Family favorite!! My family makes me cook it for holiday dinners and any family occasions. They describe it as "melting in their mouths". I use bacon instead of pancetta because I can't find pancetta in my grocery store. Follow the recipe and it'll turn out perfect. Seriously! :

This dish is so good you will wake up after serving it the night before, wishing you could eat it breakfast. Serious.

Outstanding flavors, I am a big fan of cauliflower, and the Parmesan and Pancetta really work well in this dish. I will say use a little less flour in the sauce.

I made this for dinner for myself and had it last night with a cucumber salad. I loved it! The sauce was a little thick - next time I'd use a little less flour - but it was tasty. The pancetta made a nice addition although I love cauliflower anyway. It was a great, nearly all veggie, meal. Will surely make this again. I got my pancetta at the deli counter in my local Fry's (Kroger - any place that carries Boar's Head cold cuts probably has it.

This is comfort food at its finest! However, a $55 side dish isn't something I'll make often. Why so expensive? The only place around here that sells pancetta is an Italian market, Romanelli's. I can never leave without the tiramisu, cannoli, cheesecake, espresso, olives, etc. This is my absolute favorite veggie dish. :0

Made it twice it's so good. I doubled the cauliflower and it easily fed 4 as a main dish. Thank you!

This was an excellent recipe. Once we used bacon instead of the Pancetta. It was good but worth spending alittle extra on the Pancetta. Also used butter when grinding up the bread crumbs. Definitely a keeper
