    I grilled this instead of broiling. It was quick easy and had a wonderful flavor. Wonderful for a summer BBQ.

    The marinade taste very good and the london broil was tender but london broil is only going to get so tender. Didn't have the wow factor but I will make it again. As good as london broil can be.

    Used the marinade and then reduced the liquid after adding 2 Tbs of Boar's Head Horseradish Sauce.

    This is easy to fix and taste great I have substituted vidalia onion marinate for soy sauce and used roasted garlic for a different taste
