The beef and broccoli was pretty tasty, but the noodles seemed a little bland. They certainly had a peanut buttery taste, although I didn't find it over whelming I thought it needed more flavor. I tried adding extra soy sauce but it didn't seem to help.

The whole family (ages 18-26 plus 55+ adults loved this recipe. I used the whole 1 lb. box of spaghetti, doubled the broccoli, added sliced green onion before the beef and mixed it all up. A tossed salad and a piece of melon and we were stuffed. There was enough for lunch leftovers the next day and the flavor was even better once it was reheated. This is a keeper for us...economical, great flavor, 2 sources of protein, complex carbs. Couldn't ask for more.

I made a few "homemade tv dinners" pre-portioned and frozen for my daughter and son-in-law for when they came home from the hospital with their first child. This one was tasty, nutritious and an excellent choice for the freezer. Now, two years later and almost ready for child #2 to arrive, my daughter is asking for the recipe. I'm not sure what other those other folks might have done, but I think this Grandpa found a winner for his family!

This was the worst recipe I have ever made. It took up a lot of time and a total waste of money. Normally, if something isn't quite right, I can do something to fix it or make it into something else. Who wants to eat peanut butter and spaghetti noodles. I love pad thai dinners and my fiance loves beef and broccoli so what good combo... WRONG! I believe it would behoove the food network to test these recipes themselves.

i believe there is a misprint in the recipe; there is way too much peanut butter. the dish basically tasted like spaghetti with peanut butter. my family took one bite and then we went out to dinner. what a waste of money!!
