My husband is a cheesecake fanatic. The first time I made it for him, he raved about it. I decided to Kick it up a notch on the second time. For the filling, I added one whole vanilla bean (the beans and not the pod rather than the vanilla extract. I also ground up pecans (very fine and added it to the crust. You must follow the directions carefully and then it is full proof! GREAT recipe. Thanks!
