Great recipe! I added more Parmesan cheese than the recipe called for. I also added mozzarella and a handful of bread crumbs to the top and baked it in the oven for 15 minutes. It came out great! I would maybe use a little less spinach next time, but otherwise was very pleased.

this is by far the best mac n' cheese from the RR collection...this was a crowd pleaser i would def make this one again...hey and the meatball arent half bad.

best tasting ever and all the great spinach wow,and with chopped brocholi
