Wonderful, but not surprised since Rachel did it.. Just love her!!! ... the only changes I made was I used 1/2 lb. pasta, only 1 box of spinach ( so didn't need to add pasta water and since I only had 1/2 c. parm, I added 1/2 c. finely shredded sharp cheddar...

Delicious! This has become a staple in our home. I usually don't use the ricotta in the meatballs--they don't need it. They still come out moist and very flavorful. Fresh rosemary is the best but dried works too if you don't have fresh. Usually add a little more cheese in the sauce than the recipe calls for and often use some cheddar. But it is hearty and delicious!

This was a really easy dish to make and it was absolutely DELICIOUS!!! Full of flavor for sure. My husband loved it. We had lots of left overs and it was great the next day. The meatballs were really moist and tasty. I didn't use all of the spinach. I just eyeballed it. GREAT dish!!!!!!

So good, so quick to pull together. Make sure to let the sauce thicken and perhaps add a little grated Parm at the table. I made fresh breadcrumbs and I think that prevented the meatballs from becoming too dry. We loved it! I'll make this again.

This recipe was very tasty. I could have used more sauce and less spinach tho. I will make again.

I've seen some of the ratings on here and am really shocked. The sauce was a tad bit on the dry side but I think it's because I used more pasta than the recipe called for. The meatballs were AMAZING! I love this recipe. My family loved it so much we made it two weeks in a row!

I did not make the meatballs and used veg broth instead of chicken broth. I wanted mac and CHEESE! this was not very cheesy.Next time I will use only 1 box of spinach and increase the cheese.

Both the pasta and the sausage are very very bland. I would use more salt, pepper, and red pepper. I used half the amount of the spinach. I can't imagine how dry it would have been if I used the full amount of spinach recommended.

The spinach pasta was good, but the meatballs are the BEST! I used ground turkey and turned them half-way through so that they browned evenly.
