I made this with a leftover turkey breast that I made. It looked amazing, and tasted almost as good. If anything it was a tad bit bland. Having said that it was well worth another try and the best I have ever had. It's a keeper.
Thanks Emeril

Great Recipe. Made this with turkey left over from make a turkey soup. The only problem I had was using bread crumbs instead of potato chips. I measured 5.5 oz of bread crumbs. Way to much. The next time I will use the chips.Does anyone have a suggestion on how to warm the left overs?

This was an a fairly simply casserole to make. I cut the cream in half and added 1% milk - tasted fine. My husband doesn't like mushroom, so I left them out but I believe they would be great in it. The sauce is very good and not too difficult to make.I had a left over bag of chips from a party, and this was a good use for them.

I substituted roasted chicken and fat free half and half for the cream and it still tasted great (less rich, but less guilt. A make again for sure.

Way to go Emeril! Tried many recipes for Tetrazzini and this is the tops. Great filling casserole especially after a Thanksgiving dinner. Followed recipe exactly except used topping of bread crumbs, parmesan and butter instead of potato chips. They might be kid friendly but for adults prefer the other. As for cooking instructions very easy though the sauce thickened in about 3 minutes so don't overcook. Try it you will like it!
