yummy! I replaced olive oil for most of the butter. It was still very good.

Fabulous! I've never been disappointed with any of the food network recipes. I also added frozen small green peas to my recipe...
I used all fresh veggies, and smoked turkey, and got loads of praise..

I cut the recipe in half. Used only 2T butter and 1/8 C flour, half onion, 1/4 C roasted red peppers, 1 can sliced mushrooms. Omitted wine since I didn't have it. 3/4 C turkey and salt & pepper for taste. Also used my homemade turkey broth 1C and fresh thyme. Came out great.

I did not like the potato chips, but everything else was good. Maybe I will try again and use a different topping next time, as some others have suggested also.

My husband loved this so much that I have now made it twice since Thanksgiving. It's the first time ever that I have used all of the leftover turkey! I saute mushrooms in cream sherry and butter prior to adding them and also added some cream of mushroom soup to the chicken broth. It's even better when heated over the next few days as leftovers, with fresh potato chips on top, of course.

A definite hit at the table. I used ingredients I had on hand, yellow pepper and frech green beans and it was delicious. This dish has great flavor and the chips add a nice crunch for added texture. For sure, I will make this again.

Very good and easy to make. I had no chips or ingredients to make the essence so I substituted with panko crumbs and pappys seasoning. I think next time I might add a bit more turkey.

This was a great way to use up the Thanksgiving turkey! I followed the recipe exactly and was very pleased. May fix without the potato chips next time but I was really happy with how this recipe turned out. The mushrooms gave it a great flavor. Will definitely make again, and not just after Thanksgiving.

This was a great way to use up leftover turkey, and the dish is absolutely delicious! I used half & half to save a few calories and thin spaghetti because I had it on hand. It was really yummy & I would make it again. You could also use chicken or tuna if you don't have leftover turkey. Thanks Emeril!

Talk about yummy comfort food. I omitted the wine. Made an extra cup of sauce. I also omitted the potato chips and used panko bread crumbs with melted butter. This is a new tradition to have Tetrazzini while decorating for Christmas with leftover Thanksgiving turkey. I just know the leftovers will warm up real well for work tomorrow!
