This meatloaf is delicious!The shake and bake "shakes" things up a bit from the traditional bread curmbs and the potatoes make the dish! AWESOME!

I like the idea of a meatloaf in a slow cooker but this is has way too many ingredients making it costly and the saltiness is unbelievable. Perhaps I will cut out the packaged seasoning, soups, etc and see what happens.
