I must admit, when I first tried this recipe I was not looking forward to tasting it. How wrong I was-even the most pickiest of eaters in our family loves this recipe. I have tweaked it to suit all of our tastes and the kids now know how to make it. Easy and delicious:D

I can't believe this recipe has so many negative reviews. I thought it was absolutely delicious, and I don't even particularly like meatloaf. I made this recipe for company awhile back, and every single one of us went back for seconds. I used ground turkey instead of pork, which made everything a little leaner.

This was good! The potatoes were not mushy and maintained their form! The flavor was good, although I must admit, i seasoned the meet with my own seasoning. It fell apart on one side just a littlle. but, all in all, it was good.

Thies recipe is easy and delicious. Also allows flexibility for individuals tastes.
The second time I made this I used some golden mushroom soup instead of cheddar cheese. Added more beefy flavor. I also seasoned the potatos when I put them in the crockpot. The first time I thought the potatos did not have enough seasoning. I am a big fan of this recipe and would serve it to guests.

The picture looked delicious--the ingredients not bad. A lot of ingredients taking
too much time to assemble. I found the meatloaf to be dry, tasteless and lacking
flavor! The potatoes were tasteless after cooking so long/ What a dosappointment and a waste of money for all the ingredients. I filed this receipe oin the trash can. DO NOT TRY THIS ONE!!!!

My friends and I decided to try this and we absolutely loved it. We couldn't wait to dig in after the aromas filled the house. We had to use a different Shake N Bake flavor because we couln not find garlic and herb. However, we were just a little disappointed with the potatoes. We had hoped they would have been a little firmer rather than very soft. We loved them anyway. We will have this again and my parents want me to make it for them. A good winter comfort recipe.

I wanted to like this. Sandra made it look so good on her show. I was had! It was easy but expensive when I consider that I make a great meatloaf without buying all that junk!! Even if I had to make a quick easy meatloaf I wouldn't do this ever again!

This recipe confirms it for me-processed boxed food is gross. Its like putting lipstick on a pig. One good thing about it is that my 3 year old ate it, which is the only reason I gave it two stars.

This is the last time I'll give Sandra Lee's Semi-homemade recipes a try. I've been burnt to many times!!!!

When I saw Sandra make this, I thought it looked great and also pretty easy to prepare. I purchased all the ingredients and did everything according to the recipe. What a mistake and what a waste of time and money. It was impossible to get it out of the slow cooker in one piece - it all fell apart. It also looked vile and inedible, but my husband and I gave it a try. Although the taste wasn't as bad as we expected, I will never make it again and from now on I'll stick with Ina and Giada for "regular" recicpes.
