This is a great barbecue dish. Use low salt Soy Sauce to avoid salty after taste but an AWESOME crowd pleaser!

I made this the other night except for one change and got rave reviews from my guests! I mixed all the ingredients but substituted the thyme for rosemary and marinated for 24 hours. I think used my convection roast setting on my oven at 350 for 30 minutes. I removed it when it reached 170 and covered it since it still cooks after it's out of the oven and it was perfectly moist. The marinade although sounds asian with a savory flavor surprisingly turned out quite sweet so next time I think I will use half of the brown sugar.
