    Easy and fun to make - I have doubled the onions though the last 3 times I made it and it is even better - they are great carmelized with the chorizo and potatos - add a little chipotle sauce and even better

    If you don't have an ovenproof saute pan, like myself. Just place potato/chorizo mixture into casserole dish and then pour egg mixture over top as instructed and continue to follow directions. Recipe is great.
