Originally I had issues with the strawberries sweating. Apparently, the trick is to allow them to set at room temperature, and then to keep them at room temperature. However, if you must refrigerate them over night, place a paper towel beneath them and sprinkle some baking soda on the towels to absorb any extra moisture.

This was so easy. I don't know why some recipes have you mix the chocolate with shortening... It's not necessary. This is perfect!!

I melted the chocolate in the microwave and it only took two 60 second intervalls to melt and just stired in between intervalls. I used both white and milk chocolate to dip the strawberries. Then drizzled the white on milk and milk on white to create the "Godiva" look. So pretty and it totally impressed my friends! Pretty easy to make too.

It's been hot, but I wanted a sweet treat, so I made these. Very easy, and I added some orange zest for an extra flair, which was a nice addition if you have some oranges around.

This treat was the pinnacle to a perfect 1st Valentines day meal. Included was Guy's Blackenen Catfish, The Neely's Twice Baked Sweet Potato, Big Daddy's Lemon Broccoli Rabe, Sunny's Choc Nana Nut Custard. A great meal.
She's got me hooked watching. I would love to return the favor food network style. Thanks.
