This recipe is fantastic. My husband swears it's the best chicken piccata he has ever eaten. We are both foodies and consider this recipe top notch. I would definitely recommend getting all the ingredients ready before you start cooking. I usually make it with brown rice and sauteed spinach or asparagus. How someone could rate this as a 1 star recipe is beyond my comprehension. It's fabulous!

I do not recommend this recipe to anyone who is not an expert at timing their dishes, or unless you are just serving with a salad. I tried to make this dish with asparagus and risotto on the side, but the risotto took longer than expected, and my sauce was non-existent by the time I was ready to serve. The chicken also turned rather chewy and dry while waiting for me to finish the sauce. It wasn't good enought for me to try again.

Quick & easy, but doesn't look it or taste it. I added extra flour, broth & wine to make more of the delicious sauce - and served with wild/long grain rice.

This chicken dish was quick and easy. My husband loved it. I think it would be good with veal also.

very easy to make. It goes great with a green salad and wild rice.

I loved this recipe. The chicken cutlets were tender and tasty, and the sauce is divine!
