    Wow, I have been looking for this caesar dressing since I saw Dean Fearing on Julia's show a decade ago. This might be the single best salad dressing ever made. It IS a Caesar dressing, but with the peppers, lime and roasted garlic it's something more. I just made the dressing and my wife and I just finished off an entire box of crostini dipping them in the dressing. MMMMMMmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

    Sorry, we didn't make the oysters, but I am sure they would have been great.
