This soup is fantastic. The layers of flavor are fantastic! For and everyone who has had the soup with me the cayenne pepper and peanut butter was what really made it great.

This soup is fantastic and full of delicious flavor! I personally would have used a little less of ceyenne and peanut butter, but other than that it's perfect. :

This recipe is tasty-it took me almost 1 hour to do the prep. The cooking was easy, I liked the presentation with the green onions-green and orange very pretty. I liked the smell of the garlic and ginger during the prep. My menu was Pan-seared Beef with Arugula and red onions and Nutty Sweet Potato Soup. It was a delicious meal and very nutritious. Oh I almost forgot my daughter does not like alot of vegetables especially onions, she did not know they were in the soup. Thumbs up for that.

I love this recipe, I did reduce the chicken broth to 5 cups and increased the carrots from 2 to 3 and the sweet potato from 1 to 1.5. As we prefer a thicker soup. My husband wants to know when I'm making it again!

This afternoon I was looking for a new soup recipe for a cold, dreary spring day. Since I had all the ingredients on hand, I gave this a try. This soup turned out to be a real treasure. Besides being delicious, it ia a beautiful color and extremeely healthful. My family enjoys it and I look forward to making it for guests next fall and winter.

Very tasty soup, but could have cut back on the cayenne pepper. Would make again.

This soup is out of this world. I only wish I found it sooner because it is a great dish for the fall. I have to say I am glad I have an immersion blender, because it made the soup a breeze to make. The peanut butter gives it such good flavor and really makes all the difference. I am planning to make some more very soon.

This is one of my most favorite recipes. I do cut the cayenne back to about 1/8 teaspoon. Be sure to use Natural peanut butter (the kind you stir before using, and I am generous with the sweet potatoes. Also, I use homemade chicken broth which I am sure enhances the outcome. An immersion blender makes this soup very easy. Serve with whole wheat crackers.
