This recipe is so easy to make and it's just SO good. The onions make it extra flavorful and it's buttery and tasty and filling. I make it with almost every kind of meat. It goes well with anything!!

Yum. I made exactly as the recipe dictated...and then threw in more pine nuts for good measure. Delish!

Substituting quinoa for rice and haven't found the perfect recipe. This isn't it.

I loved this! I added a few bacon bits and sprinkled a little feta cheese on right before serving. Even better reheated on day 2.

Very tasty and easy to make. Family loved it. Not a fan of pine nuts, will probably omit next time.

This is a perfect compliment to so many dishes. We made it with roasted veggies, pan fried panko crusted rock fish. WOW!! So healthy and tasty. We layered the quinoa with the veggies and topped it with the fish. Amazing.

Easy, but a bland recipe. The pine nuts added most of the flavor, to the detriment of the recipe. It needs something more to compliment the pine nuts. It could use more experimenting.
