Loved it!. I have tried another recipe off Food Network which contained so much lemon that I was turned off. This recipe lets the grain stand out with complimenting flavors from the pine nuts, onions, and parsley. This will be my go to recipe for Quinoa. Thank you Ellie!

This is a tasty, healthy side dish and I used this recipe the first time I ever made quinoa. (I added some grated ginger to the onions because we had some to use. My husband has been asking me to make this side dish ever since.

I made it the other night and my family lived it. I made it with nut crusted chicken and it was good too.

I'm glad I bought that 4 lb bag of organic quinoa from Costco now : This is a great recipe that can be altered for many different tastes and flavors. Healthy and delicious. Even my white-rice dependent husband loved it.

I tried this recipe to look for something different. Plus my mother had quinoa in her pantry to try and I cooked it for her. This recipe was good but next time I make it, I will try it without the parsley. Thanks for the healthy recipe and my kids loved it.

I cooked the quinoa in vegetable broth and substituted craisins for the parsley. I had some women over for a meeting. When they heard that I made this dish, many asked to taste it. Even cold, it was a hit. Best of all, if you're Jewish, quinoa, which acts like a grain, but isn't, is a perfect substitue for rice during Passover.

I will have to agree with a previous reviewer that this recipe seemed to be missing something which was holding this back from being a great dish. I think its close, but it will take that something extra to put it over the top, although at this point im not sure what that would be.

I loved it! My husband usually hates this kind of grain side, but he asked me to be sure to make it again!

We are new to Quinoa and cooking it like rice just wasn't cutting it for us. I was thrilled to find this recipe and it is great improvement over straight quinoa. We carmelized the onions and added dried cranberries like other reviewers mentioned and thought they were both great additions to the recipe (the additions made this recipe a 5-star. I also salted heavily to bring out some of the nutty-flavor of the quinoa. My entire family enjoyed it, including my picky children (ages 6.5, 5, 3, 1.
