We are new to Quinoa and cooking it like rice just wasn't cutting it for us. I was thrilled to find this recipe and it is great improvement over straight quinoa. We carmelized the onions and added dried cranberries like other reviewers mentioned and thought they were both great additions to the recipe (the additions made this recipe a 5-star. I also salted heavily to bring out some of the nutty-flavor of the quinoa. My entire family enjoyed it, including my picky children (ages 6.5, 5, 3, 1.

Made this today after seeing it on TV and reading the reviews. I thought this was just OK as is. For me the recipe lacked oomph and needed more flavor.

this is my go to recipe for quinoa. It is so delicious and super quick and easy. I tend to use a tad less broth (beef or vegetable work great too if you're out of chicken and I almost always cook for the full 20 min. I've also made it with whatever nut I had on hand, such as pecans, walnuts or hazelnuts. They are all delicious and work well in the quinoa. I always really caramelize my onions as well. Parsley is a must for the fresh flavor and added green color. (Obviously if you don't like it, don't use it or just use as much as you want - I don't think I've ever measured out chopped parsley for a recipe in my life!. Highly recommend this recipe!

I would say the parsley was very overpowering. this was my first time trying quinoa, I think I would have liked it better if it had a couple other ingredients in it, maybe some crasins.

one of the best recipes I've had for Quinoa. I did not add the parsley (store did not have any fresh and it was still excellent. Great healthy side dish!

This was surprisingly delicious! I didn't have pine nuts so i used slivered almonds instead, and it was great. Definitely will make this again when i want change from rice!

Quinoa is my newest favorite grain! I love its texture and almost nutty flavor. It does take me a little longer to get all the liquid to absorb so I either use a little less chicken stock or cook it a little longer but the results are still great. Pine nuts are another great touch.

This is my first time trying Quinoa. I've read several recipes with quinoa, but this one caught my eye. It was a delicious side to our fish dish. The onions, parsely and pine nuts were the perfect combination. Also, it was very easy and inexpensive
