I really liked this receipe...it was something different. The only thing I would suggest letting the wontons cool before trying them. I tried them right out of the oil and hated it. Once they cooled they were really tasty!

Does anyone have the marmalade/ red pepper recipe for the wontons? It isn't included with the recipe.

I couldn't believe my luck! I had about
75% of a package of wonton wrappers left
in my frig., I also happened to have a
can of Margaret Holmes Seasoned Collard
Greens in the pantry. With a mixture of
cream cheese and mayo and a wok, I fried these babbies up and we ate them up! A great Southern verson of an Indian
Samosa.

These things were great I couldn't find wontons so I got egg/spring rolls and tried it with that and it worked good, and I tried them again with the wontons and they were even better. I Love that Paula.

I USED AN ENTIRE PACK OF WONTONS (YEP, THAT WOULD BE 70 AND DON'T YOU KNOW, THERE WASN'T ONE OF THESE LITTLE BOOGARS LEFT? THEY ARE SOOOOOO GOOD. MY HUSBAND JUST COULDN'T STOP TALKING ABOUT THEM. WE SAVED THE COOKING LIQUID AND MADE SOUP OUT OF IT THE NEXT NIGHT AND IT WAS OH SO TASTY. LOVE YOU PAULA!

I just watched this episode and was intriqued with collard greens in the wonton wrappers. I just made these for my other half and he loved them!!! I even tried making that orange marmalade/crushed red pepper sauce that you talked about in the episode, and I'm not sure which he liked more, the wontons or the sauce! Awesome!!!
