Awesome soup, love it! Cut the recipe in half and it still makes a huge batch.

I first had this at Old Wives Tale in Portland and fell in love with it. Needless to say, the portions need to be cut down for home use, but the basics are solid. I use vegan "sour cream" rather than sour cream and it works well. A wonderful winter recipe.
