The pea/mint/shallot salsa gave this dish a fresh and unexpected twist. I thought it needed a little more acidity so I added some rice wine vinegar and it was phenomenal. I also added some seasoning to the tuna steaks - Colorado Spice Ahi Tuna Rub is my "go to" fish seasoning for tuna and salmon and I'm happy to report it elevated this dish to new heights. I will definitely make this again.
