    I have tried dozens of different biscuit recipes looking for the one that creates my concept of the "perfect" biscuit. Amazingly practically all biscuit recipes use the same ingredients but the proportions are varied here and there. Well, after trying this particular recipe, my quest for the world's best biscuit is finally over! These are moist and especially flavorful. Don't change a thing.

    I have searched long and hard for a Buttermilk biscuit recipe that was light, flaky and not hard as a rock! These biscuts are by far the best and easiest I have tried. My family loved them!!! As a little special addition, I melted Honey and Butter together and dipped the tops of the biscuts in it, my husband loved them and I must say they tasted out of this world!!!

    This is the first time my biscuits have actually turned out the way they were supposed too. I loved the technique of folding the dough in thirds to get the layering effect. It really makes the biscuits taste better. I substituted butter for the shortening, and it worked just fine. Thanks, Tyler, for another great recipe!
